Colleen was a guest speaker at WomenTalk's First Annual 'The Wonder of You Women's Convention' in Canmore AB. The title of her presentation was 'This Life' - Life on a Ghost Ranch. How a 4 year experience on an empty ranch, during her recovery from a car accident and emergency neck surgery, gave her a new outlook about the perfect time sequence of love, life, talent and dreams. May 3, 2012: iwillhelp.ca is featured in the Calgary Herald. This is an initiative created by Colleen's fiance' that enables people to donate to charities in an efficient on-line manner. Colleen is big supporter of this initiative and features the site in her 'Favorite Links' section.

July 10, 2011: Colleen supported the 'Dreams Take Flight' 17th annual Black Tie & Blue Jeans Calgary fundraiser. She was a "Marquis Item" in this years auction event which raised funds to take ill children on a trip to Disneyland.
June 14, 2011: The Canadian Red Cross Alberta Wildfire Benefit Concert, scheduled for June 18/19, has been postponed. This event may team up with the Slave Lake Concert of Hope June 30.
May 14, 2011: Colleen attended the Calgary Blood Donation / Stem Cell Swab Clinic in support of Stem Cell Donor awareness. This was a special event for Colleen as she sang on behalf of her niece who is battling Leukemia. Click here for the article.
May 6, 2011: Colleen performed at the 2nd Annual Lani Donaldson Literacy Foundation Fundraiser in Calgary. This years theme was "An Evening in Paris". 25% of CD sales for the evening were donated for the cause.
