I needed to connect with you as I just finished reading your book 5 minutes ago.
Oh my dear sweet new friend - you are so strong and brave! Not just for what you endured and how you got yourself out of it (and kept your kids safe), but for telling your story. I am in awe and so inspired by reading this.
Your writing is beautiful.
It is poetry.
It is paintings.
It is music and earthy smells and light.
I was tense the whole time I was reading it!
Even though I have shared meals with you and seen you laugh and hug and shine, I needed to know you were safe.
As I was reading this I needed to get to the end of the story to know you were safe!
Wow!
So powerful!
You are telling a story from a perspective of the Caregiver that is so often silenced.

With every note back from a reader I am warmer and infused with courage to believe I did the right thing by exposing this plight; a 'pandora's box' of love as I intended it to be. xo
There HAS to be a big huge purpose to such big huge pain!
I pray for the unique gifts and talents of those you witness to rise for them because I've seen them literally pull the ill OUT of their suffering and back into life!
Oh THANK YOU for sharing this with me! I am going to hug you so big when next we meet!
