As I prepare for the next Inhale by Colleen Songs Book Signing in my Canada Tour, my marketing guru at Tellwell Publishing is sending out my press releases to the media and I am breathing.
The testimonies that are coming in, from BOTH sides of narcissism and mental illness have been an incredible insight into these diabolical dis-eases, and the timing of the real-ease of my story could not be better!
Every time I receive a new letter or testimony I have to sit down, breathe, pray a little prayer to myself for the continual guidance of grace and truthful wisdom.
And I can go on another day into this mission to pay forward the gift I have been given through living the experience I have lived through.
By the gifts and talents I was born with: writing, speaking, and singing, I am able to share and inspire those around me to dig in to their gifts and talents to help them through ANY hardship, adversity, heartache, lack of happiness or act of survival.
I started my 'brave' by dipping my toe into the pool of exposure in October of 2013, when I spoke about the story behind the story during a Women Talk event.

Back then I didn't know the impact my story would have on me, my Children and listening readers. I didn't know how the simple process of writing about it helped my whole entire being purge the past, and imprint, that was left to burden my amazing present!
